Key Requirement :
5 years in oil & gas terminal (for servicing of firefighting & fire alarm systems)
Key Role & Responsibilities are as follows :
• Responsible for leading teams to carry out planned preventive maintenance services for firefighting & fire alarm system at oil & gas terminal.
• The permit acceptor is directly responsible for the safe execution of firefighting/fire alarm system maintenance work and shall ensure that the permit is taken before staring of the work and LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessment) is carried out.
Other Responsibilities include ensuring that :
• all electrical and process / mechanical isolations are in place
• necessary job specific tool box talk are conducted and record maintained
• only specified activities in permit / equipment’s / tools & tackles are done/used
• all the control measures specified in the permit are in place
